Swept Away Resort

While filming BodyShaping for ESPN, we stayed at Swept Away in Negril Jamaica. What a beautiful resort. It is an all inclusive resort with powdery white sand and turquoise blue ocean. The food was local fish and chicken with Jamaican spices. The only downside was that meals were only served a specific time during the day, so if you are a bodybuilder or fitness person who is used to eating frequently you're out of luck. The people in Jamaica are wonderful, so happy and the service was great! I loved that all of the water sports were set up all day long, you could hop on a sailboat, kayak, catamaran, jet ski, etc. it is all included in the price. The rooms were charming with local decor. Check with the Resort before you book to see if the hotel / rooms have been renovated.

Local things to see: We sipped cocktails and watched the crazy people jump off the cliffs at Ricks and shopped in the towns. Fun!~
